SHARING SCONES Recipe

€7,00

A soaked and highly digestible ceremonial sharing scone to celebrate coming together again.

"Sitting down to hot scones feels like taking a deep breath. In those minutes, the world around me stops. Whatever might be going on in my life is put on hold and I am at once back at my family home in Cork, aged 10 with melted butter sliding down my chin." - Karen, Founder of The Happy Tummy Co.

These scones are naturally gluten free and highly potent in vitamins and minerals as well as protein and fibre.

Not suitable for those with a nut or egg allergy.

During the raw milk season I like to make mine with raw milk but if you are lactose intolerant or indeed it's not raw milk season where you are these can be made with kefir or natural yoghurt.

Once purchased, Karen will email you this special sharing scone recipe.

Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays each week.

€6 for delivery up to 10 kilos throughout the island of Ireland. €12 for the delivery of 5 kilos throughout the UK. More info here.

Whether you choose a weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription, this service is perfect for those of you taking your life and time here seriously. Subs can be paused or cancelled at any time but are highly recommended for those of you with busy lifestyles, yearning to live better.

FAQ

What's the shelf-life like on your range?

7 days - 2 weeks kept in the products' wrapping in the fridge. Our products do best kept in a temperature controlled environment as they are alive with enzyme activity. Frozen for up to 3 months, wrapped tight in a freezer bag.

How much should I eat each day?

Two slices of the happy tummy loaf for breakfast every morning. Consistency is key to its benefits. You can eat it again at lunch. Make sure to drink plenty of water alongside this loaf. One scone each day. The rest of the range, as you like.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Within 7 days of ordering. Each product goes through a long soak or fermentation process over a couple to a number of days and is baked fresh to order on one of our bake days Tuesday through to Thursday.

What's the story with subscription?

It really is very important to get a daily dose of our signature products for your longterm health and so many of our customers choose a weekly or monthly subscription whereby they have space in their freezers. This way we deliver your order on the same day each week/month so that your gut gets into a good routine. Subs can be paused or cancelled anytime.
