We've picked our favourite childhood biscuits and made them in line with our gut feels - wholegrain and digestible.

The Custard Creams and Bourbons are big and made in packs of 4.

The Digestives are big and made in packs of 8.

We've never been so excited about a biscuit and tea until now! Or a burgundy - whatever fits the bill!

Not that they'll last a week, but just in case they do, they have a 5 day shelf life kept in a biscuit tin.

Slowly made by hand at our bakery in Westport, a lot of love and tender care goes into getting each biscuit just right with the best ingredients in the world.

We're using Irish heritage whole grains from Oak Forest Mill based in Kilkenny. Teff from Lovegrass Ethiopia, Cacao from Hazel Mountain Chocolate in The Burren, Cacao from Nearynógs in Co. Armagh, Oats from Ballybrado, Regenerative Eggs from Mad Yolk Farm in Galway, Butter from North Cork, Organic Raw Milk from Gleann Buí Farm in Mayo, Highbank Orchard Syrup from Kilkenny and the best organic stone milled seeds and nuts from Linwood's in Co. Armagh.
