Indulgent but 100% wholegrain! Our mince pies are made with organic stoneground, wholegrain emmer, ølands and teff. We soak our pastry for at least 24 hours to make it easier to digest.
Fruit and nuts are soaked in a mix of Redbreast and Bushmills whiskey for your total pleasure! Our eggs are farmed regeneratively in Galway by Mad Yolk Farm and our salt is harvested on Achill Island while the butter comes from the south coast.
