DPD Ireland

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery price | Weight

It costs our customer €6 to have anything up to 10 kilos sent throughout the island of Ireland. If your order goes over 10 kilos our website will not be able to accept your order. In this instance you might receive a message saying that "we do not deliver in your area." We do. It's just that the weight has gone beyond our delivery threshold.

What happens when your delivery is en route :

DPD will send you a one hour txt window and email the morning of delivery. You will then have the option to designate a safe place for your package if you think you won't be in for the delivery. However, we highly recommend having your box delivered to an address with someone in to receive it. It's also best to designate a safe and dry place too as we can't take responsibility for packages being left unattended.

Out of hours help!

When we are closed and you have a problem with your shipment, you can track and find information from the DPD website, or directly through messages that DPD will have sent you.

When you placed an order with us, if you filled in both the telephone number and email address then you will receive a text message and an email from DPD when they collected the parcel from us. This will be the day before delivery is due. This email will contain your important tracking number.

If you have an issue you will need that tracking number for all communication with DPD.

To track your parcel use this link to the DPD Ireland website.

You can also call or email your local depot.

The Ireland DPD depot finder is here and this is especially useful if you have received a message saying that your parcel has been delivered and you cannot find it.

The quickest way to find out where the driver left your parcel is by reaching out to your local depot as they will be able to contact your driver directly and most quickly. There are 35 depots across Ireland organised by one per county with 7 depots serving Dublin and 3 serving Cork and the click through map will give you telephone numbers and emails for your local depot who will be handling your delivery.

Of course we will continue to be here for you during bakery hours so if you need to contact us use our email address info@thehappytummyco.com
