DPD UK

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery price | Weight | Customs

It costs our customer €12 to have anything up to 5 kilos delivered into the UK. If you order more than 5 kilos of product a message may appear saying that "we don't deliver in your area". We do, but the order may not go through when it's in excess of this 5 kilo threshold. Due to brexit you will be liable to pay customs on an order of €135 and above. Your order will not clear customs if you've not added an email address and mobile phone number to your order.

What happens when your delivery is en route :

DPD UK will send you a one hour delivery window by txt and email the morning of delivery. You will then have the option to designate a safe place for your package if you think you won't be in for the delivery. However, we highly recommend having your box delivered to an address with someone in to receive it. It's also best to designate a safe and dry place too as we can't take responsibility for packages being left unattended.

Out of hours help!

When we are closed and you have a problem with your shipment, you can track and find information from the DPD website, or directly through messages that DPD will have sent you.

When you placed an order with us, if you filled in both the telephone number and email address then you will receive a text message and an email from DPD when they collected the parcel from us. This will be two days before delivery is due. This email will contain your important tracking number.

If you have an issue you will need that tracking number and your postcode for all communication with DPD.

To track your parcel use this link on the DPD UK website and enter your tracking number and postcode in the ‘Track Your Parcel’ field.

The DPD UK website also has a ‘How can we help?’ page that you will find here. This has answers to the most common delivery queries and again you will need your tracking number and postcode.

Of course we will continue to be here for you during bakery hours so if you need to contact us use our email address info@thehappytummyco.com
