How to eat me?

The Happy Tummy Loaf

“When I first created this loaf to rectify my IBS issues I would eat 2 thick slices every morning with butter and jam. Sometimes I ate it cold, sometimes toasted - the effect the same. I regularly ate it with cheese and salad for lunch or a couple boiled eggs. Outside of dinnertime, I pretty much lived on this loaf for many years as I built out our mission. As the years went on and I began to tackle my hormonal and brain health I started consuming it with different toppings throughout the month. I’m often asked whether or not you can eat too much of this loaf. I’ve never eaten more than 4 slices a day and so for that reason I’m gonna say perhaps no more than 4! I will stress that for the loaf to be effective in addressing gut, hormonal and inflammatory issues it must be taken every day. I’ve been taking this food every day for years now and my health has been the best it’s ever been.”

Soaked Teff Scones

Toasted with any topping of your choosing. Best eaten in the morning. We enjoy them at the TEACH with eggs, raw cheese, hummus and wild leaves.

Sourdough Pittas

Toast them whole to allow the pocket to open. Best eaten for lunch or instead of a burger bun. Stuff with raw cheeses, salad, meats, bean hummus, nut butter, anything you fancy really. Bring them to parties and restaurants serving burgers so that you can swap out the regular white brioche bun for something a lot more nutritious.

Wholegrain Sourdough

The ideal loaf for sandwiches containing protein and fats. Meats, cheese, eggs, hummus, oily fish - the works. It can be eaten as is or toasted.

The Happy Tummy Injera Batter

Injera wraps can be stuffed with anything from sweet to savoury. No need to add meat as the iron content is so high. They also make for a great side to vegetarian curries. Injera can be eaten any time of day. It keeps you full for a long time so earlier in the day might be helpful for you.

The Colm Loaf

It can be eaten plain as is or toasted. We like it with nut butter and our soaked happy tummy medicine.

The Sourdough Cacao Loaf

This can be eaten plain or toasted. It can be topped with delicious spreads. It’s best to eat this one before 3pm to ensure you get a good night’s sleep. Its high magnesium content helps with that.

The Lou Roll

This is for those time-poor days when you're going to miss a meal but you need to get some high fibre, high antioxidant feed into your body. Eat any time of day.

The Fermented Biscuit Range

Our digestives, peppermints, gingerbreads and teffs can all be eaten as you wish.

We find the peppermints particularly good for female health - they’re also very heart opening.

The teffs are excellent in the morning when on holidays.

The gingerbreads are brilliant for active holidays.

The digestives are just a nostalgic essential!

Happy Tummy Medicine

Soaked in yoghurt, any time of day to give your bowels the fibre they so desire! A brilliant morning travel hack! You can use this alongside any product from our range.
