Vive la résistance! Fed up with cake that makes you feel shit? We got you.
Moist, high in fibre, magnesium, calcium, protein and a whole host of nutrients necessary for overall good health. Eat it for breakfast with greek yoghurt and coffee or indulge in a slice after lunch and dinner. Ice it with your favourite cacao butter icing for a supper with friends or warm it up a little in the oven and pour over some fresh cream for the ultimate night in!
The cacao used in this cake is made in small batches from a number of single estates across Venezuela, Nicaragua and Ecuador. Sensational and highly nourishing with a hefty dose of antioxidants.
All ingredients are sourced as responsibly as possible from our favourite organic, regenerative and heritage suppliers on the island of Ireland. We work with the best.
Each cake is made to order, slowly by hand in super small batches. No one shape is ever the same - it is sourdough after all! It's an expensive process and one we're trying to charge as little as possible for so that we get more people eating better food.
