All our baked goods can be frozen. The fermented biscuits can be frozen in the bag they arrive in, the loaves need to be wrapped in cling film or a freezer bag as do the pittas and scones. It's best to use our products within 3 months of being in the freezer. When not in the freezer, our products need to be stored in stable, cool environments. Most of the time, that's the fridge.
