2 stewed apples (skin left on), a handful of lightly pan toasted buckwheat groats, 1 tablespoon ground hazelnuts, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, probiotic yoghurt.
Acai Bowl Me with Fibre!
1 heaped tbsp Acai powder whizzed up with 2 frozen bananas, a few frozen raspberries and a little coconut water, probiotic yoghurt, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon lightly toasted buckwheat groats, 1 tablespoon spirulina (optional). Recipe here.
