FAQ

What's the shelf-life like on your range?

7 days - 2 weeks kept in the products' wrapping in the fridge. Our products do best kept in a temperature controlled environment as they are alive with enzyme activity. Frozen for up to 3 months, wrapped tight in a freezer bag.

How much should I eat each day?

Two slices of the happy tummy loaf for breakfast every morning. Consistency is key to its benefits. You can eat it again at lunch. Make sure to drink plenty of water alongside this loaf. One scone each day. The rest of the range, as you like.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Within 7 days of ordering. Each product goes through a long soak or fermentation process over a couple to a number of days and is baked fresh to order on one of our bake days Tuesday through to Thursday.

What's the story with subscription?

It really is very important to get a daily dose of our signature products for your longterm health and so many of our customers choose a weekly or monthly subscription whereby they have space in their freezers.
