Mothers & Babies

Gut healthy coffee mornings with your baby Mamma friends.

These half day sessions are designed for you to enjoy some much needed you time with your friends and of course your beautiful babies.

What’s involved?
Sit back, relax and enjoy coffees and teas with a range of Happy Tummy bakes designed to rehabilitate your digestive and bowel health back to a place of happiness. Throughout the morning Karen will teach you how to hack your micro biome back into good gut health and will show you how to make a range of recipes beneficial to you and your baby’s health longterm. These run like individual consultations only shared within the group for longer, so that you get as much knowledge out of this one day session to set you up for the rest of your life.

Where are these mornings hosted and for how long?
Bring your group to the school house in the heart of Westport Mayo for some R&R or host the group in your own home and Karen will bring everything needed.
Mornings run from 10:30 - 13:00 to fit in with your baby’s nap schedule or can be adjusted in accordance with what suits your specific needs.

What do I take away?
Recipes for good gut health.
Baked goods.
A follow-up phone call with Karen to check in on how you are doing with the various hacks and whether or not changes to these hacks need to be made for your specific gut type.

What’s the group size?
Minimum group size is 4 mothers and 4 babies. However we can do less if the group are happy to pay more per person.

Cost per mother and baby?
150 euro and this includes your follow-up call.
