Our Teff Flour is grown organically in Ethiopia and is always wholegrain, always brown. We import it into Ireland through our favourite supplier Lovegrass. There is no beating the teff that grows in Ethiopia. It is superior to the grasses being grown in other parts of the world.
Our Wholegrain Emmer Flour is grown by Pat here in Ireland and milled by his wife Emma at Oak Forest Mills in Kilkenny. It is the most superior emmer we have ever worked with. For those of you doing our online course this is a great flour to have in stock.

All of our flours are bagged in brown paper in one kilo amounts bar the WFG which comes packed in 1.5kg bags.
