One on One Consultation
Who will my consultation be with?
Our Founder Karen O' Donoghue.
What we will cover -
Your daily routine in detail and then we make adjustments to your diet based on how you live.
Your sleep - hours and quality.
Bowel health - past and present.
Self-Esteem - how you feel about yourself overall and day to day.
Followed by action plan.
Immediate changes to your diet are constructed.
Long-term changes to your diet are constructed.
A one week follow up by phone - 30 minutes. During this call we make adjustments to any immediate changes not working.
A one month follow up by phone - 20 minutes. During this call we make any adjustments needed to the long-term changes we initially constructed together.
The prerogative is not to change any aspect of your lifestyle that you love. The goal is to simply help you hack accessible changes into each aspect of your life to enable you into better gut health.
The first session is one hour long and then there are the two follow ups at 1 week and 1 month for €350.
If you feel like you need more regular follow-ups after the 1 month milestone we can discuss how to move forward from there.
What we need from you for our first session?
A food and wellbeing diary is needed from you for 7 typical days in your life covering food, self esteem, movement, bowel health and sleep.
